This is the cover (front, spine, back) for ' The Map of Marvels' by David Calcutt, due to be released by Oxford University Press around May 2010 (according to Amazon). This was a hugely challenging brief, so I hope to have done it some justice.

I also had the pleasure of doing a couple of other covers for David Calcutt, 'Shadowbringer' and 'Crowboy', both of which can be found elsewhere on this blog.

You have done it justice Christopher. The background blue is very atmosheric and seems to compliment the aura of mystery attached to the story. The decision to have the actual map in perspective, as oppose to having it flat, has added to the quality of the composition.
I think this is a great cover to my book, Christopher, and you've done a terrific job. Thanks very much.
